Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP)
LIHWAP is a federally funded program that offers a one-time payment, up to a maximum of $2,000, to help you pay your current or past-due water and/or wastewater bills that accrued during any timeframe.
LIHWAP is funded by the California Department of Community Services and Development.
Currently, there is no funding available for water assistance. Appointments are no longer available until further notice.
