Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA)

VITA 2018 Program

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offers free tax help to people who generally make $54,000 or less, persons with disabilities, elderly and limited English speaking taxpayers who need assistance in preparing their own tax returns. IRS-certified volunteers provide free basic income tax return preparation with electronic filing to qualified individuals.

WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Photo ID

  • Social Security Cards for all household members

  • All W2's and tax related forms

  • 1095 Health Insurance forms

  • If filing jointly, spouse must be present.
