Clay Playground Shade Structure – Sealed Bid RFP
Kings Community Action Organization (KCAO) is requesting a sealed bid for the replacement of the Clay
Playground Structure. Please look at the attached pictures of existing playground shade structures. The
contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, and incidentals
necessary to fabricate, deliver, and install two (2) FRP playground shade structures, complete
and ready for use, in accordance with the project plans, specifications, and applicable codes. The
scope includes engineering, fabrication, concrete footings, anchorage systems, structural steel framing,
final inspection, cleanup, and project closeout. Scope includes, but is not limited to:
