Clay Playground Shade Structure – Sealed Bid RFP
Kings Community Action Organization (KCAO) is requesting sealed bids for the replacement of
the Clay Playground Shade Structures. Please refer to the attached photos of the existing shade
structures for reference. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, and incidentals necessary to fabricate, deliver, and install two (2) FRP playground shade structures, complete and
ready for use, in accordance with project plans, specifications, and all applicable codes. The work includes, but is not limited to, engineering, fabrication, concrete footings, anchorage systems, structural steel framing, installation, final inspection, cleanup, and project closeout.
