The Emergency Services Department is designed to provide assistance to low income resident of Kings County who find themselves in a crisis situation.
Emergency Food is provided on a daily basis to needy families by referral system.
USDA Commodities is provided once a month to eligible clients throughout Kings County.
Utility Assistance is provided every two years to eligible families based on eligibility or when disconnection is eminent.
Women's Shelter is provided to women and children who have been temporarily displaced due to domestic violence and other unforseen circumstances.
