David began his tenure as CEO/Executive Director at KCAO in August 2003. He holds a Masters degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelors degree in Labor Relations. He is a Commissioner on the Kings County Children and Families Commission (First 5), is a member of the Kings County Workforce Investment Board and is the Chairman for the Kings River District of the Boy Scouts. David is a member of California/Nevada Community Action Partnership’s Executive Board and serves on the Advisory Board of California’s Department of Community Services and Development (CSD). David serves on the Kings Regional Health Foundation Board and is a member of the Rotary International Club in Lemoore. David enjoys shooting sporting clays and target pistols, restoring cars and playing racquetball (not all at the same time). |

Tim joined the KCAO team in mid-2004 and has over ten years experience at non-profit service delivery in California. At KCAO his responsibilities as Deputy Director include: Plans and coordinates the daily operations of the organization through subordinate managers; review operating results of the organization, compare them to established objectives and fiscal constraints and take steps to ensure appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results; and mentor and supervise program directors to develop their capacity. |

Jenny joined KCAO in July of 2007 as the Executive Assistant/Information Officer, and is one of the newer members of the family. She provides a full range of duties from Assisting the Executive Director, to Board Recorder, to aiding the public, and planning company luncheons. Jenny is here to help answer any questions and to assist in any way possible. |

Jeff Garner joined KCAO in 2006 as the Community Outreach and Marketing Specialist. Jeff brings experience and determination to solving social issues and strengthening non-profit programs to serve local communities. Jeff’s experience includes writing and receiving grants from the Federal and State government as well as private foundations. Jeff has also organized fundraising events and has worked closely with media outlets on social marketing projects. As a native of Kings County, Jeff has a fond connection to the people and communities of Kings County. A graduate of California State University Fresno, Jeff majored in Public Administration and Sociology and is now working towards his Masters Degree in Public Administration. |
