Meet Our Staff
Fanny Miranda, Human Resources Director
Fanny brought us 5 years of Human Resources experience and began her employment with Kings Community Action Organization on June 25, 2001 as a Personnel Assistant for the Human Resources Department. In December, 2003 she was promoted to Interim HR Director and in June, 2004 she was promoted to Human Resources Director. Fanny has continued her career development and now possesses her PHR in Human Resources.
Lynnette Madruga, HR Generalist/Benefit Administrator
Lynnette began her employment with Kings Community Action Organization on January 24, 1994 as a Clerical Assistant with the Head Start Program. She was promoted within the same program on March 12, 2000 to the position of Administrative Secretary. She joined the Human Resources staff in the capacity of HR Generalist/Benefit Administrator on September 25, 2006. Aside from the general work of the department, Lynnette provides Benefit Administration for our agency.
Kristen Perkins, HR Generalist/Safety Officer
Kristen began her employment with Kings Community Action Organization on December 17, 2000 as a Clerical Assistant with the Head Start Program. She was promoted within the same program on January 30, 2006 to the position of Personnel Assistant. She then joined the Human Resources staff in the capacity of HR Generalist/Safety Officer on September 18, 2006. Aside from the general work of the department, Kristen assists employees with Worker’s Comp, FMLA and Safety Promotion within the agency.
Melinda Rivera, Receptionist/Clerical Assistant
Melinda began her employment with Kings Community Action Organization on October 31, 2006 with the Human Resources Department in the position of Receptionist/Clerical Assistant. Melinda serves our employees and performs customer service to our clients.
