David came to KCAO in June 2008 with over twenty years of accounting experience. He has worked in public accounting for nearly a decade and has earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accountancy from California State University, Fresno.

Carolyn first joined KCAO in April 1978 as a Weatherization Assistant. In October 1979 Carolyn moved to the fiscal department as a bookkeeper and has stayed here ever since. She has worked her way up from bookkeeper, payroll clerk, accounts payable clerk, accounting clerk and finally, fiscal coordinator. Carolyn is dedicated to KCAO and is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the fiscal department & fund accounting.
Janet Gordon-Miller

KCAO welcomed Janet in June 1999 and she has been a valuable asset since. She brought with her several years of commercial accounting experience and has been able to adept well to the government fund accounting that is KCAO. She is dedicated to the programs that she works with and will be the first to volunteer for Agency activities.
Sandra “Sandy” Hill

Sandy began her KCAO employment in January 2002, coming with lots of administrative experience. She has learned the government funding lingo and has excelled in fund accounting. She was hired as an accounting clerk and has moved on to add payroll to her job abilities. She handles our bi-weekly payroll with professionalism and dedication. We couldn’t do it without her!
Sara Lorah

Sara is the newest member of the fiscal department, arriving in April 2007. She came to KCAO with a several years experience working in a grant funded program in Tulare County. She has used her past experience to improve the processing of benefits offered to our employees. As our new Purchasing Agent, Sara handles the required bids for our larger purchases. She has quickly become an indispensable part of the fiscal family.
