Baby Store
KCAO Youth Services recognizes the need for emergency supplies for infants, babies and toddlers. These items are available to pregnant and/or parenting teens who participate in either the AFLP or Cal Learn programs at the baby stores.
Cal-Learn Program Optimum Future
The Cal-Learn Program serves pregnant or parenting teenagers who are 19 years of age or younger, in receipt of CalWORKS, and who do not have a High School Diploma or equivalent. The goal of this program is to promote and encourage self sufficiency and the completion of high school or the equivalent.
